In response to the unique cultural challenges encountered by new migrants and the diverse population striving to succeed in the South East Queensland job market, Australian Migrants Int-Actions (AMIA) Inc. has established a comprehensive training program specifically designed for refugees and new migrants.

The program consists of eight engaging lessons that focus on developing essential skills necessary for both securing and maintaining employment. Each lesson is adaptable, allowing for modifications based on the individual skills and needs of participants, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

Additionally, at the end of the program, participants are offered a practical driving lesson. This component aims to equip them with valuable transportation skills, which are often critical for accessing job opportunities in the region. Through this well-rounded approach, AMIA Inc. seeks to empower refugees and new-arrived migrants to navigate their new professional environments successfully.
