The Australian Migrants Int-Actions (AMIA) Inc. is dedicated to empowering community groups by offering a variety of tailored support services, including:

• Culturally Sensitive Programming: AMIA develops and delivers activities and resources that are culturally sensitive and accessible to individuals from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. This emphasis on inclusivity ensures that all members feel valued and engaged in community initiatives.
• Training Community Connectors: We provide comprehensive training for Community Connectors who play a crucial role in fostering connections within the community. These individuals are equipped with the skills needed to support, empower, and include those they serve, creating a network of support that enhances community engagement.
• Grant Application Assistance: Navigating the complexities of funding can be challenging for community groups. AMIA offers guidance on grant applications, helping organisations helping those associations secure the necessary funding.
• Management and Accountability Training: To promote sustainability, we provide training focused on the critical aspects of management and accountability for community groups and associations. This training helps ensure that organizations operate efficiently, adhere to legal requirements, and maintain transparency with their members and stakeholders.
